Waseem Akhtar the city manager of Pakistan’s largest town has complained of not having any authority.
Addressing a ceremony here, Akhtar aforesaid despite being electoral he didn't have the authority to figure. “The entire nation grasps; the individuals of city know that we tend to don't have the authority. Our hands ar tied”.
Waseem Akhtar added  that he had protested all over relating to the shortage of power.
According to Waseem Akhtar, native governments were robust worldwide, however this wasn't the case in Pakistan. “This is that the solely country wherever the authorities is stripped of authority”.
